Google has been reporting issues with the Google Play Store that prevent customers from successfully buying the Plus update.  They have provided some troubleshooting steps to try to correct the issue.  They are as follows:

    • Shutdown and Reboot your device
    • Visit the Google Play Store and verify that you can view pages and download apps
    • Start Impel and check the About box to see if you have the Plus version

After following this procedure we have able to successfully restore Plus functions to Impel.  Please note that this is a Google issue and it impacts virtually all applications with in-app purchasing. Unfortunately it is not something we can fix directly, so we are waiting for Google to make further changes in the Play Store to address the issue.
