First, press the Menu button on your Android device.  Then tap the Add Task button to start the process.

The screen you are seeing is the New Task Events screen. Tap on the Select from available Events text to pick the actions that can trigger this task. Additional popups will appear that set options for these actions. If you need more than one trigger for a task, tap on Add another event to select another event and its options. Press Next to continue.


The next screen that appears is the New Task Actions screen. Tap on the Select from available Actions text to pick actions to perform when this task is run. Additional popups will appear that set options for these actions. If you need more than one action to run for a task, tap on Add another action to select another and set its options. Press Next to continue.


This is the New Task Conditions screen. Here you can decide if a task should only run on certain days, times or above a set battery level. Tap on the No conditions text to pick conditions that must be met to allow this task to run. Additional popups will appear that set options for these conditions. If you need more than one condition to run for a task, tap on Add another condition to select another and set its options. Press Next to continue.


This is the New Task Label screen. Here you can give the task a name, description and set its color. Tap in either text area to edit the task name or description. Tap on the Set a color text to pick a color to identify this task. Press Next to continue.


This is the New Task Summary screen. This view shows the final task name, description and color. It also shows what triggers are set for this event, what actions to take and any conditions that must be met. No changes can be made from this screen. If you need to change any settings at any point in this process you can press the Back button on return to any screen. Press Finish to save this task.
